I offer a few different coaching styles to meet your needs, budget, and experience level!

In-Person Coaching

I coach in-person at delaFIT in Scottsdale, AZ. First, I'll put you through a movement screen so that I can develop a program for you based on your specific needs and goals. My training style is unique because I combine reformer Pilates and strength training. My hands-on approach focuses heavily on stabilization, posture, and alignment...but also play! I believe exercise should be fun so I enjoy finding creative ways to get you moving.

Hybrid Coaching

Are you confident you can get to the gym on your own but you still want a little hands-on direction and accountability? Then hybrid coaching might be right for you! We will meet in-person 2-3 days per month to go over any questions you may have about movement and form. I'll deliver your workouts through the Trainerize app and we will share a tracking sheet on Google docs for your habits, nutrition and biofeedback. I do require that you fill out this tracking sheet in order to work with me.

All Online Coaching

Are you motivated to get to the gym on your own but you feel lost and want some direction and accountability? I got you! I'll deliver your workouts through the Trainerize app and we will share a tracking sheet on Google docs for your habits, nutrition and biofeedback. I do require that you fill out this tracking sheet in order to work with me remotely.
